Shenzhen Huasheng Lithography System Co., Ltd. was established on April 6, 2023. The total investment for the first phase of the project is RMB 215.1 million. As the main social investment project in Shenzhen, the company is responsible for the manufacturing of semiconductor device specific equipment. Phase 1: F01 Advanced Lithography Manufacturing Base will be established in Guangming Science City, achieving high-precision OEM production of 100nm, 130nm and above advanced lithography.
Huasheng Lithography adheres to the bottom line of the "trade industry technology" industry, builds a digital advanced lithography manufacturing base, and plans to have about 100 professional and technical talents (including scientific research talents). The project team will deepen production and research cooperation with major scientific research platforms and commercial clients in the Asia Pacific region, build integrated technical barriers for production, management, and research and development, and break foreign monopolies. The core products will cover fields such as semiconductor devices, advanced packaging, optics, photonics, mechanics and biomedical engineering, AI, and brain computer interfaces.

On May 8, 2022, a groundbreaking lithography project quietly emerged in the hearts of our core founding team. We took a groundbreaking step and the Huasheng lithography project was officially launched.
On April 6, 2023, after nearly a year of careful preparation, Huasheng Lithography was officially registered and established. We officially moved from behind the scenes to the forefront, shouldering the mission of promoting technological progress.
On June 13, 2023, Huasheng Lithography and Bangkai Technology Park held a grand signing ceremony, jointly opening a new chapter.
On June 28, 2023, Huasheng Lithography officially settled in Guangming, a brain science city, and settled in Bangkai Technology Park. This is another firm step we have taken on the road to realizing our technological dreams.
On August 28, 2023, the renovation project for the office area of Huasheng Lithography Factory was launched. The unique image design by the Qidian Design Team created a comfortable and efficient office environment for the company's daily operations, making Huasheng Lithography a beautiful scenery in the park.
On November 18, 2023, in order to create a high standard clean environment, the renovation of the dust-free workshop officially began, marking another major step towards the official production plan of Huasheng Lithography.
